Few people understand the pressures of growing up in the shadow of a famous parent, so it follows that these children would gravitate toward each other in life and love.

Several Hollywood couples include the children of celebrities, from Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger’s short-lived love to Iris Apatow and Sam Nivola’s current-day romance.

Fame is an experience very few understand first hand, so it’s no surprise that most celebrities date people who run in the same circles as them. But there’s an even deeper sub-sector of dating while famous: the celebrity couples whose parents are celebrities. From short-term flings to longstanding love stories, nepo babies have a way of gravitating toward one another.

Take Miley Cyrus’s brief 2014 romance with Patrick Schwarzenegger, or Kaia Gerber’s current coupling with Lewis Pullman. In older news, Martin Lawrence’s daughter Jasmine Lawrence, and Eddie Murphy’s son, Eric Murphy, have been married since 2025. The couple, who now share a child, met without any involvement from their seasoned comedian parents.

Lewis Pullman, Top Gun: Maverick (2022) actor, has been linked to model Kaia Gerber for a little over a year. The couple confirmed their romance A-list style, appearing at the 2025 Venice Film Festival in September. It was the couple’s first red-carpet moment. Pullman’s father is actor Independence Day actor Bill Pullman and Gerber’s mother is world famous supermodel Cindy Crawford. “You don’t see them trying to be out everywhere. It’s more about spending time together, often with their families. They both seem very down-to-earth. It’s very family first,” a source told People about the celebrity kids’s budding romance.

Lily Collins and Charlie McDowell

Although Lily Collins has more than one love interest in Netflix’s Emily in Paris series, the actress maintains a secure romance with husband, filmmaker Charlie McDowell. The couple announced the arrival of their daughter Tove in 2025, with Collins adding the headline “Utter Bliss” to a photo of her walking with the baby in a stroller on her Instagram stories. Collins’s father is Grammy Award-winning musician Phil Collins, while McDowell’s mother is Melvin and Howard (1980) actress Mary Steenburgen.

Married since 2025, Eric Murphy and Jasmine Lawrence both come from comedic royalty. Eric is the son of Eddie Murphy and Jasmine is the daughter of Martin Lawrence. Although their fathers have collaborated on multiple projects, including the movies Boomerang (1992) and Life (1999), Jasmine revealed to InTouch Weekly in 2022 that she was introduced to Eric by her uncle.

In April 2026, the couple expanded the Murphy-Lawrence family tree, welcoming their first child, Ari Skye. Martin dedicated an Instagram post to the news, with part of his caption reading, “Watching [Jasmine] and[Eric] begin this journey into parenthood means everything to me. Family is everything—and this moment is nothing less than a blessing from God. Welcome to the next generation!”

Brooklyn is the eldest child of power couple David and Victoria Beckham, while Nicola’s father is billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, who owns stake in fast-food giant Wendy’s. The Peltz Beckhams celebrated an early marriage milestone in 2025, renewing their vows. “I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they’re going to spend the rest of their life with. It definitely shapes you as a person,” Brooklyn told People that same year regarding the love-centered affair.

Iris Apatow and Sam Nivola

Tell Me Lies actress Iris Apatow and The White Lotus star Sam Nivola are one of Hollywood’s younger celebrity kid couples. They began dating in 2024, and currently share an apartment together in New York City, according to an interview Apatow did with Nylon. “I think the thing about moving in with someone is that when you’re this young, it’s always like, ‘Oh my God, you’re going to get sick of them…’ I don’t think that would happen with her [Iris] anyway, just because we’re so in love,” Nivola told Teen Vogue in 2025.

Apatow’s parents is 40-Year Old Virgin (2005) director Judd Apatow and This is 40 (2012) actress Leslie Mann. Nivola is the son of celebrity actor couple Emily Mortimer and Alessandro Nivola.

Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge are one of the most influential celebrity couples, especially for embracing the quiet luxury aesthetic. However, the couple also has famous familial ties in the music entertainment industry. Richie is the youngest daughter of chart-topping singer Lionel Richie and Grainge’s father is Sir Lucian Grainge the CEO of Universal Music Group.

The couple married in 2023 and now share two children, daughter Eloise and son Henry. Richie recounted the moment she told her husband they were expecting Eloise, telling Vogue in 2024 “When we turned over all three tests at the same time, they were all positive. He was so excited, and we both cried. It was crazy and overwhelming, and so hard not to scream it from the rooftops.”

Although Miley Cyrus is now engaged to musician Maxx Morando, she was previously linked to Patrick Schwarzenegger in her early 20s. She and Patrick, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, were captured sharing a kiss at the USC vs. Berkeley football game in 2014.  Multiple outlets reported that the “End of the World” singer (whose father is country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus) and Schwarzenegger dated from November 2014 to around April 2015, while Patrick was attending the University of California, Los Angeles. During their brief romance, they attending the 2015 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala as a couple.

Will Peltz, Manifest actor and brother of Nicola Peltz Beckham, has known his wife Kenya Kinski-Jones for over a decade. The couple equally come from famous lineage, as Kinski-Jones’ father is the late iconic producer Quincy Jones. Foreshadowing their wedding ceremony in June 2026, Peltz took to his Instagram in 2025 to showcase a video of his proposal to the model. “I’ve been on cloud 10 ever since. I feel like the luckiest guy in the world to have my dream girl by my side on this crazy journey called life,” part of his caption read.
