Inter Miami kicks off its preseason tour of South America with a match at Peruvian side Alianza Lima on Saturday.

The defending MLS Cup champion will play three games in South American during their tour, visiting Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. The South Florida club has also announced a fourth match in Puerto Rico.

After winning MLS Cup last year, expectations will be sky high for the Herons in 2026 after they made several key signings this offseason.

Inter Miami has added goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair, midfielder David Ayala, and defenders Micael, Facundo Mura and Sergio Reguilón this offseason. Mexico international striker Germán Berterame is also expected to join soon as a Designated Player.

Those players will, of course, join Lionel Messi, who became the first player to win back-to-back MVP awards last year.

After playing in Peru, the Herons will visit Colombia's Atlético Nacional on Jan. 31 and then travel to face Ecuador's Barcelona de Guayaquil on Feb. 7.

Miami will also play Ecuadorian side Independiente del Valle in Bayamón, Puerto Rico on Feb. 13.
