Ashley Tisdale French's daughter is another year older!
On Monday, March 23, the Disney alum, 40, and her husband Christopher French, 43, celebrated their daughter Jupiter's 5th birthday, sharing heartfelt tributes to their daughter on Instagram. Tisdale French, who also shares daughter Emerson, 18 months, with French, shared a sweet video filled with some of her favorite moments with her daughter over the years.
"Jupiter iris I can’t believe your 5, I’m so proud of who you are and who you’re becoming," she began. "You’re sensitive, sweet, smart, sassy, empathetic, and so loving to everyone around you. We hit the lottery when you chose me and your dad to be your parents."
"Being the first we all go through such a journey together and it’s like you help guide us and make it so easy," Tisdale French shared. "I love you more than you will ever know!"
In addition, French shared an 8-photo Instagram carousel filled with adorable snaps of him and his daughter.
"Happy Birthday my little Jupiter. It’s been 5 years since you changed our world forever, I honestly can’t believe it," he wrote. "Since Day 1 she’s been magical, and it has been the honor of my lifetime to get to be her Dad and watch as she becomes the coolest, kindest, funniest and most interesting kid I’ve ever met."

The doting mom commented under the post, sharing a sweet sentiment about her daughter. "My little love."

Tisdale French also gave a glimpse into her little girls' special day, showing off her Camp Jupiter-themed birthday party. From a churro stand and custom water jugs to a tug of war competition and a slide going into a ball pit, the doting mom celebrated her daughter's birthday in style. In the caption from the Instagram post, the doting mom wrote that she had the "sweetest day" with her "happiest camper."

The actress and her husband, whom she married in 2014, began their parenting journey in March 2021 with the arrival of daughter Jupiter. Their family grew once more in September 2024 when they welcomed their younger daughter, Emerson.
While speaking to PEOPLE in December 2024, Tisdale called being a mom her "favorite thing." She added, "It's changed my life in so many ways. I'm so grateful."
Still, motherhood hasn’t come without its hurdles. The High School Musical alum has been open about struggling to strike a healthy work-life balance — and about making the tough decision to step away from a mom friend group that felt toxic.
"Motherhood has enough challenges without having to wonder if the people around you are on your side," Tisdale wrote in a January 2026 essay for The Cut. "You deserve to go through motherhood with people who actually, you know, like you."
