Cristiano Ronaldo stripped down to his underwear for a swim with his fiancé Georgina Rodriguez.
The Portuguese pro soccer player could be seen taking a dip with Rodriguez, who wore a tiny black bikini, in an underground pool.
Ronaldo and Rodriguez announced their engagement in August 2025.
Cristiano Ronaldo is giving fans a glimpse of his downtime with fiancé Georgina Rodriguez after a bittersweet sixth World Cup loss. The Portuguese pro soccer player, who revealed that the 2026 World Cup will be his last, stripped down to his underwear while taking a dip in an underground pool.
In an Instagram video captioned with merman and mermaid emojis on July 19, Ronaldo hinted that he and Rodriguez were playing mermaids as he took a swim in the giant pool. Clad only in a pair of white boxer briefs and a pair of black goggles, the athlete threw up a peace symbol at the camera, which appeared to be filming from behind a glass panel.

Meanwhile, the Argentina-born Spanish model could be seen swimming behind him while wearing a plunging black bikini top paired with cheeky black G-string thong bikini bottoms. Styling her loose hair in a braid, Rodriguez protected her eyes with a pair of white visor-style goggles but left her over 20-carat diamond engagement ring at home.

Ronaldo and Rodriguez announced their engagement in August 2025, eight years after they first had a Cinderella story-style meet-cute at a Gucci store where she used to work. In 2017, they made their red carpet debut as a couple along with Ronaldo’s eldest son Cristiano Jr. Rodriguez and Ronaldo have since welcomed four kids together: twins Eva Maria and Mateo, 9, and younger daughters Alana, 8, and Bella, 4.

The soccer legend previously opened up about how his daughters helped him decide when to propose to Rodriguez. In a November interview with Piers Morgan, Ronaldo revealed it was one of his then-girlfriend’s “dreams to have, like, a good stone,” and he finally found “what she [would] love.” However, he was still undecided about when to pop the question, noting he believes “good things” should “come in a natural way.”
“It was like 1 a.m. and my daughters [were] in bed sleeping, Alana and Eva. And one of my friends gave me the ring to offer to Gio [Georgina],” he recalled. “I was given the ring, and my two girls come and they say, ‘Daddy, you’re going to give the ring to mom, and you’re going to ask her to be married.’ And I say, ‘Wow, this is the right moment to say yes.’ It was in the timing.”
He explained, “I knew I would do it one day. But it was the moment that my daughters [came when I said], ‘Yes, now is the time. This is what I want.’”
