Josh Allen knows how to stay in his wife Hailee Steinfeld’s good graces!
The Buffalo Bills quarterback, who turned 30 on Thursday, May 21, shared a glimpse into his marriage to the Sinners star — and revealed one thing that’s not on her list of “honey do’s”.
“Anytime she tries to, like, if I got something in my beard or my mustache and she goes to reach for it I always, like, bark and snap,” Allen hilariously shared with retired Bills center Eric Wood on his Centered on Buffalo podcast on Wednesday.
The veteran signal-caller then further expanded on Steinfeld’s pet peeve.
“It’s something my dad did, you know?” Allen said. “We’d be little kids touching the whiskers on his face and he’d be like argh, you know? So every time I do that, it gets her every single time and I can’t not do it. It’s like, it’s there for the taking and I have to take it.”
Wood then fired back: “What’s something that she does that’s a pet peeve of yours?”
“Absolutely nothing, Eric,” Allen quickly answered with a smirk. “What are you trying to do here? What are you trying to do to me?”

On April 2, the actress announced the happy news in a post on her Substack titled "Special Delivery."
"Our baby girl has arrived!!" Steinfeld wrote in the newsletter. "We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes."
Allen — who’s on the cusp of his ninth season in the NFL — recently shared that his reason for playing football has changed in the weeks after welcoming their baby.
“That want to win will never change,” the Buffalo Bills quarterback told reporters on Monday, April 20, two weeks into the team's offseason training program. “The why I want to do it has.”
