The Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly look "very comfortable" in Meghan Markle's most recent Instagram post.

The pair arrived back in the UK on August 26, with Harry and Meghan now believed to be residing in the Cotswolds alongside their children, seven-year-old Prince Archie and five-year-old Princess Lilibet.

Meghan has maintained a relatively low profile on social media since the family arrived in Britain, but shared a brief reel on Instagram Sunday afternoon.

The clip featured multiple moments from their first two weeks back, including footage of Lilibet cycling while her older brother jogs beside her.

The opening scene depicts Meghan and Harry strolling hand in hand through a wooded location.

Speaking to Betfair Casino, body language expert Darren Stanton indicates the pair seem very at ease about their UK return.

He stated, "In terms of their posture, they both seem incredibly chilled and appear to have taken to country life very well. Meghan's body language suggests that she feels very comfortable in the environment, while Harry seems completely in his element being back in the lifestyle he grew up with.

"There's a real lack of tension in both of them, and their movements and overall posture appear very natural and unguarded."

Mr Stanton continued, "He appeared genuinely overjoyed to be back home, with a huge, beaming smile throughout.

"His posture was very relaxed, and there was nothing particularly rigid or controlled about the way he was carrying himself. That's a good indicator that someone is genuinely enjoying their surroundings rather than simply performing for the cameras."

He further observed that the same applies to Meghan, noting that her "overall demeanour suggests she is also feeling very comfortable".

The expert summarized, "Overall, their body language shows two people who appear completely at ease, happy and settled being back in the UK, with Harry in particular looking like he is thoroughly enjoying being back in familiar surroundings."

Archie and Lilibet are reportedly beginning at a new school near their residence this month.
