The decision has sparked fresh commentary, with one comedian branding the episode as just another “drama.” The switch reportedly followed heavy traffic around the UKschool, as the long commute proved challenging for their security detail.

On Monday, GB News presenter Nana Akua hosted comedian Leo Kearse to discuss Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s return to Britain. The Sussexes have sparked fresh debate after moving their children to a new school just days into the term. They cited security concerns as the reason for the switch.
A spokesperson representing the couple stated, “The decision for the children to move school was taken following a discussion with the family’s security team about the practicalities of their current arrangements.”
They further explained that the parents remain deeply thankful to all the teachers and staff for the love, care, and dedication shown to their family. The representative said the decision was not a comment on the school or the excellent care the children received.

However, Kearse claimed that non-working royals returned to the UK to create content for a forthcoming project. The Scottish comedian argued, “This is them setting up a narrative, setting up a chapter for their next book. The Princess of Wales [I’d recognize her kids] but Harry and Meghan’s kids I wouldn’t recognize them.”
He added, “Nobody could pick [the kids out] in a lineup. Maybe this is concocted, maybe this is a genuine security threat. A lot of people have a bee in their bonnet about Harry and Meghan.”
“Why are you so obsessed with them?” broadcaster Benjamin Butterworth asked in response to Leo Kearse’s comments. Per the Daily Express, the 50-year-old comedian countered that he had never discussed the couple on GB News before.
