Chloe Eleanor had known for more than a decade that she wanted to get a breast augmentation

The 28-year-old content creator, who went viral for her procedure earlier this year, tells PEOPLE she was told to ā€œgo big or go homeā€

But, says Eleanor, ā€œI couldn’t be more happy that I trusted myself and knew exactly what I wantedā€

Chloe Eleanor had known for more than a decade that she wanted to get a breast augmentation.

The 28-year-old content creator can trace the feeling back to a memory from when she was 12 or 13. She was in the parking lot of a Dave & Buster’s, and she noticed that her friend’s breasts were larger than hers. Her friend, not knowing any better, told her she simply had to ā€œbang on her chestā€ for them to grow.

ā€œThat was my first memory of, like, ā€˜Huh, they’re really tiny,’ ā€ she tells PEOPLE. And since then, it’s been a perpetual ā€œback and forthā€ about whether she wanted to undergo surgery to enlarge them.

Earlier this year, well over a decade after that moment in the Dave & Buster’s parking lot, she finally pulled the trigger. And the process — which she documented for her thousands of TikTok followers — went viral, but not for a reason she expected.

After years of mulling over the decision, in early 2025, she decided to go in for a consultation with a doctor she had found in Beverly Hills. But as she was listening to the doctor explain the procedure — a hybrid implant, which would require cutting her muscle and a six-month recovery — she thought it sounded ā€œterrible,ā€ she tells PEOPLE. ā€œI just kinda decided that wasn’t worth it to me.ā€

But about six months later, Eleanor continues, she got the ā€œitchā€ again. She decided to do some more research, and she came across PreservĆ©, a newer and less invasive breast augmentation procedure. Her interest was piqued. Pretty quickly, she scheduled a consultation with a new doctor, and soon after, she had a surgery date set for early 2026.

But heading into the surgery, says Eleanor, she was riddled with anxiety.

Throughout her consultation process with previous doctors, she had been shown what she describes as ā€œpretty sizable implants,ā€ and she knew she was looking for a smaller size. She also had two friends who had gone under the knife and woken up with breasts that were bigger than they had asked for.

ā€œThat was really scary to me,ā€ she says.

But speaking to PEOPLE weeks after her surgery, Eleanor says she is ā€œso satisfiedā€ by her results.

ā€œI was getting all these women in my comments who were like, ā€˜Go big or go home,’ ā€ she says. ā€œI couldn’t be more happy that I trusted myself and knew exactly what I wanted. And that comes from years of planning this out.ā€

Eleanor continues, ā€œPeople need to trust their guts when it comes to size.ā€

Her followers were also shocked by her recovery process, which took a matter of weeks. In one video, which has nearly 5 million views, she takes an easy stroll on the beach hours after her surgery was over. She was cleared to head back to the gym less than a month post-op.

And her scars — which can often be around two inches for a typical breast augmentation — were the size of her pinky tip. (ā€œI don’t know how they got an implant inside!ā€ she laughs.)

From the experience, Eleanor says she is even more sure than before that you should only get plastic surgery once you’re absolutely certain it is something you ā€œreally know you want.ā€

And, she continues, it’s always important to ā€œshop aroundā€ for doctors. Because if she hadn’t, she says, she probably wouldn’t have gotten the result she wanted.
