Consider this your appointment reminder: "Shrinking" is back for Season 3.
The Apple TV dramedy follows Jimmy (Jason Segel), a therapist who is raising his teenage daughter while grieving the death of his wife, alongside his colleagues Gaby (Jessica Williams) and Paul (Harrison Ford), who are navigating their own struggles.
It's been more than a year since the Season 2 finale aired on Christmas Eve 2024. In the 2025 awards season circuit, the show's cast racked up several accolades, including Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominations for both Segel and Ford.
The third season will see Jimmy gearing up for his daughter, Alice (Lukita Maxwell), to leave for college. Meanwhile, Paul is continuing to navigate his Parkinson's disease diagnosis in tandem with his new friend Gerry, who is played by guest star Michael J. Fox.

"Shrinking" Season 3 will premiere on Apple TV on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
