Taylor Swift is furious at Nikki Glaser after her innocent-sounding confession about the singer’s fairytale wedding made her a laughing stock. The comedian confessed that she had barely known the couple and even had to keep the invitation a secret.

However, her comments became a problem for the Bad Blood singer because a source told gossip columnist Rob Shuter that they have drawn sharp comparisons with Meghan Markle.

According to a report from Rob Shuter’sSubstack, a source told him that Nikki Glaser has not only broken wedding etiquette but also talked about the star-studded guest list. The report mentioned that the comedian called herself the “biggest Swiftie” at the wedding ceremony.

“I got the text inviting me to the wedding — I never thought in a million years I’d get invited. I don’t even know them, but I got invited,” she said. A source told the gossip columnist that Glaser’s candid comments have angered Swift, but the “worst part is that it’s true.”

They added, “There were famous people at that wedding who barely knew Taylor, and some had never met her. Nikki simply said publicly what everyone was whispering privately.”

The insider pointed out that this has led to a joke that Meghan Markle knew the celebrity guests better than the Opalite singer. They added, “For Taylor, that comparison is absolutely mortifying.”

They explained that the 42-year-old’s comments hit Swift’s nerve because she had spent years protecting her private life. And the comedian’s ‘honest’ statement made the wedding seem “more like celebrity casting” than a celebration.

“Some guests still don’t have Taylor’s number. They attended her wedding — then went right back to being strangers,” the source concluded.

‘No Pictures, No Evidence’

According to reports from Page Six, Nikki Glaser spilled tea about Swift and Kelce’s wedding during her Caesars Palace Las Vegas show. She said, “I want to say that I went to a wedding at Madison Square Garden three months ago. I just want to talk about it a little bit.”

She joked about the NDA the guests had to sign up before attending the wedding, stating that she can’t say that she had attended the wedding legally. She called herself a “huge Swiftie” and argued that she was the biggest fan at the wedding.

Glaser expressed her excitement at receiving the invitation months in advance, but could not share anything because she was “too scared” to share it with anyone. She continued that she was off-grid for “12 hours,” joking, “They’re texting me, my location’s off. They all thought I killed myself because I wasn’t invited.”

She was somewhat disappointed because she could not take pictures of the event, yet it was the “best night” of her life. She said, “The purest love I’ve ever witnessed, and I have no pictures [and] no evidence.”

The comedian detailed the long list of celebrities who had attended the wedding, which included Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lopez, Steven Spielberg, Julia Roberts, and more. In a separate report from TMZ, she joked that she nearly slipped a “Travis cake topper” into her purse as a souvenir from the wedding. She joked that the topper was actually Tom Cruise.
