Quinton Aaron's wife is supporting him amid his health struggles.
The actor — who is best known for starring alongside Sandra Bullock as Michael Oher in 2009's The Blind Side — married his wife, Margarita, in December 2024, per TMZ. Since they wed, Aaron has been open about how his marriage to Margarita has changed the course of his life.
In October 2025, he shared TMZ's story on his 200-lb. weight loss journey to his Instagram, noting in the caption that it has been "a tough few years" for him.
"However, last year when I married my #puertoriqueña @margaritaleta75 I feel like God started smiling on me and I praise him for his grace and mercy and favor in my life," he wrote.
More recently, Margarita told the outlet in January 2026 that her husband was taken to the hospital after he fell while walking up the stairs in his home. TMZ reported that Aaron suddenly lost feeling in his legs.
Days after the news broke, Margarita shared a post to Aaron's Facebook on behalf of him, writing, that she would like to thank everyone for "the numerous prayers for my husband. I really appreciate you all."

Aaron and his wife met on TikTok, though they haven't revealed when they began dating.
In an October 2025 conversation with TMZ, the actor spoke about his relationship with Margarita and detailed how she helped him navigate his depression.
"Mentally, physically and emotionally, she has been my confidant and shelter through my storms," Aaron said. "I truly believe God was blessing me with one of his Angels when he sent her to me."
The actor added, "She’s helped me get over my depression and so much more. She loves to tell people that she only does 5% and I do the other 95% but I believe she’s much more important in my life than even she gives herself credit for."

Aaron and Margarita got married in December 2024, per TMZ. However, he had been referring to her as his wife on social media even before then.

He shared a selfie of them in November 2024, captioned, "Just showing some love to my lil knuckle head @margaritaleta75 we some goofballs for real though! lol."
Later that month, the Baby Pact actor shared a heartfelt Instagram tribute to Margarita in honor of her birthday, writing, "God has showed out with you in the best way. It’s my pleasure to be your man I’m so grateful that I am. Love you mama!!!" he wrote.

In January 2026, Aaron was reportedly hospitalized and put on life support after collapsing at his home. Margarita spoke to TMZ about his health struggles, explaining that he woke up one morning feeling sore, and a few days later, lost feeling in his legs while walking upstairs.
Noting that her husband is partially breathing on his own, Margarita called Aaron a "fighter."
"He's showing a lot of improvement," she said. "We all have faith in God that he will walk out of here fully recovered."
